Carrie and I are happy to announce that after several heated arguments, many prayers, lots of tears, stress, answers to prayer, and peace--we are finally ready to present the new and improved FINDIVAN.COM! Woohoo! Can I get a What! What!
Let's get this party started! First off, we want to say THANK YOU for your support! If I did not have your encouragement and feedback on the artwork, I would not have the drive to continue creating. I so appreciate you watching my videos, reading emails from me, showing up to art events, purchasing my art, and just asking me or Carrie how things are going.
Next, I want to let you all know that Carrie and I have decided to lower the prices of my original artwork. The main reason for this is because we want owning original art to be more accessible to more people. We know that buying art is a luxury. However, Carrie and I believe that art can bring healing and freedom into people's lives. Therefore, every piece of original art has been reduced by 67%. In the past, we charged $1.50 per square inch, and we are NOW charging $0.50 per square inch. See the "PAINTINGS" pages on the site for individual prices. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a description of the piece's meaning. Many of the pieces come with a DVD of the creation of the piece. You can see examples of the videos on the "YouTube Video Clips" page. You can still purchase directly from us, or through the PayPal buttons on the site. Don't be shy!
Thirdly, Carrie and I have become very passionate about the issue of modern-day slavery. We have learned that around 800,000 victims of slavery are trafficked throughout the world each year. Close to 20,000 are brought into the US every year. Carrie and I want to raise awareness of this issue. And we are donating 10% of the FIND IVAN.COM sales to Mosaic Family Services. Mosaic Family Services is a nonprofit organization in Dallas that provides medical care, psychological care, housing, food, clothing, legal services, and education to victims of human trafficking. When you support us through purchasing my artwork, you are supporting victims of modern slavery. Find out more on the "OUR CAUSE" page.
In addition to fighting human trafficking, my wife and I want to reach out to victims of other slavery--which is everyone. Slavery comes in many forms--depression, addiction, worry, materialism, etc. We will continue to reach out to all victims of slavery through my art. I will continue to create and share art with meaning. I will continue to fight for freedom in my own life, so that I can help to free others.
